"Dreamstate" is my first full-length album, released under my own label Naughty Corner Music.

I originally released this album waaaaay back in 2012-ish under the name The Nathan Carlson Project, back when my solo project was on the side while I was playing in a local band. After I composed both Illusion and Fjord, I realized with stunning clarity that this was the direction I wanted to go in - not just electronic, but as a solo artist. This was when I started calling myself a composer.

Musically I was pretty green when I wrote these tunes, and my influences are pretty obvious I think, but hey everyone's got to start somewhere. I'm hopeful, however, that what I'm composing today is a little more 'me' sounding.
